Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
1/2 cup of basmati rice
75g edamame
50g mange tout
3 to 5 chestnut mushrooms, thinly sliced (optional)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp chilli sauce
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
A good handful of fresh parsley (optional)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
