250g plain flour
1/4 cup of warm water
1 cup of almond milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp baking powder
1tsp sea salt
1tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Soya yoghurt (Alpro)
Homemade light hummus (a few chickpeas, 1/2 tbsp Alpro, soya yogurt, 1/2 organic tahini, 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
1/4 cup of fresh spinach
1tbsp organic peanut butter
1 small block (grilled) Halloumi, halved
3 BlackBerries, fresh
3 raspberries, fresh
1tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp Manuka Honey or maple syrup (optional)
A good handful of mixed nuts (optional)
