✨Turkey & Veggie Bowl✨⁣
Happy Monday and happy February!! I hope that you all had a fabulous weekend! January went by so fast and I can’t believe we’re already in February. This month is going to be super busy for me, but I’m looking forward to lots of fun things! A busy month means I’ll be looking for lots of quick & easy recipes, like this one. I love this recipe because it is so versatile and can be served with whatever you want. I served my turkey and veggie mixture over plain pasta in this picture, but rice is my favorite option.⁣

dEATs:⁣
-Cook your ground turkey in some avocado oil (or any another oil of your choice)⁣
-While your turkey is cooking, season it with whatever spices you like (I used salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning)⁣
-Add diced onions, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and green beans to the turkey and sauté for a few minutes⁣
-Add in tomato sauce and mix everything together (if you want a saucy mixture, add lots of tomato sauce and if you prefer it more dry, only add a little)⁣
-Let it simmer for a few more minutes, then serve⁣
-I served over plain elbow pasta, but I usually go for some brown rice. You could also eat on it’s own or serve with something else of your choice.⁣
