✨Turkey Chili✨⁣
When your mom asks for chili, you make chili, even though it has been sooo hot outside lately and chili isn’t exactly a ‘summer’ meal. I’m not going to lie, this chili was amazing and my family devoured it. Chili is just such a good comfort food and you can load it up with delicious flavors and mix up the veggies & protein. Recipe below 👇🏻⁣

dEATs:⁣
-Heat up 1-2 Tbsp. of oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat and then add 2 lbs. ground turkey and 1 medium-sized onion, diced⁣
-Break up the turkey and cook the mixture until turkey is no longer pink⁣
-Add in 2 cloves of garlic, minced and cook for another 30 seconds⁣
-Now add in 1 15oz can of tomato sauce, 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes, 1 10oz can of Rotel, 1 15oz can of black beans (rinsed&drained), 1 15oz can of red kidney beans (rinsed&drained), 2 Tbsp. chili powder, 2 tsp. cumin, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. black pepper⁣
-Mix everything together and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes⁣
-Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!⁣
*I topped my chili with some Violife Vegan Just Like Cheddar Shreds*⁣
