Ingredients:
2 slices of wholemeal bread (optional)
1/2 large tomatoes m, fresh
1 large organic egg (boiled)
1/3 cucumber, halved and cut into 4 pieces
2 or 3 small blocks Halloumi, halved
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp ground paprika
1tsp ground cumin
1 tsp mild chilli powder
A good handful of walnut, coriander, chilli or barbecue sauce (optional)
Salt, oregano and thyme (to taste)
