2 slices of white free-from bread (optional)
Cherry tomatoes, fresh
Mushrooms, halved
Onions, thinly chopped
1 tsp plain Greek yogurt (Alpro)
1 tbsp vegan grated cheese
1/3 cucumber, halved and cut into 4 pieces
1 tbsp mixed herbs (oregano, chilli, parsley)
1 tsp ground paprika
1tsp ground cumin
1 tsp thyme with sesame
2 tsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
