I follow 💜 plan.

Breakfast- my breakfast jaffa jars (2)

Lunch – my tuna ranch salad with my crispy crackers and spinach salad. (1)

Dinner-  pork with spicy pineapple chutney, from the WW app.  I used chicken and air-fryer crinkle cut chips. (Zero) 

Snack – I’m not much of a snacker to be honest,  but I did have this for afters 😊 my double chocolate ginger muffin with my chocolate sauce, perfect sweet ending to my day.
