🔸️22g cocoa powder.
🔸️2 tsp baking powder.
🔸️50g coconut flour.
🔸️ 2 tsp vanilla essence.
🔸️1½ tsp ground ginger or cinnamon. Or both like I used.
🔸️20g dry semolina. this holds it together. I recommend not leaving this out.
🔸️7g coconut flakes.
🔸️Both of my chocolate sauce recipe here or use bought stuff.
🔸️@hersheys chocolates. Optional, amend the smart points accordingly.
What to do.
Preheat your oven to 160°. In a food processor add the bananas, milk and eggs until smooth. Fold in the rest of the ingredients except the toppings. Pour into a silicone mould. I used my bundt cake mould for a festive touch.
Bake for 45-55 minutes times may vary. It’s cooked when a skewer comes out clean.
Let it completely cool in the pan then generously drizzle with both sauces and sprinkle with coconut. Finally dust with cinnamon.
You’re Welcome! Enjoy 😊
