This could be my absolutely favourable cake I’ve created this year! So how could I not share it with you my friends?! ๐Ÿ’– on ๐Ÿคถ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ„โ˜ƒ๏ธ๐ŸŽ…๐ŸฆŒ

Dazzle your family and friends at Christmas or New year with this show stopping triple chocolate fudgy dessert. Drizzled with both my chocolate sauces.Ever so easy.

๐ŸŽ„Vic’s Coconut Chocolate Fudge Cake ๐ŸŽ„

๐Ÿ’š 3 ๐Ÿ’™ ๐Ÿ’œ 2

What you need.
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ3 ripe bananas.ย 
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ3 medium eggs.
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธยฝ cup of milk. I used unsweetened oat milk @sogoodnz * Amend the smart points accordingly. I have based this recipe using unsweetened almond milk (1sp)
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ22g cocoa powder.
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ2 tsp baking powder.ย 
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ50g coconut flour.
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ 2 tsp vanilla essence.ย 
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ1ยฝ tsp ground ginger or cinnamon. Or both like I used.ย 
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ20g dry semolina. this holds it together. I recommend not leaving this out.

Toppings.
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ7g coconut flakes.
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธBoth of my chocolate sauce recipe here or use bought stuff.
๐Ÿ”ธ๏ธ@hersheys chocolates. Optional, amend the smart points accordingly.ย 

What to do.
Preheat your oven to 160ยฐ. In a food processor add the bananas, milk and eggs until smooth. Fold in the rest of the ingredients except the toppings. Pour into a silicone mould. I used my bundt cake mould for a festive touch.

Bake for 45-55 minutes times may vary.ย  It’s cooked when a skewer comes out clean.ย 

Let it completely cool in the pan then generously drizzle with both sauces and sprinkle with coconut. Finally dust with cinnamon.
Serves 8.
