✨Teriyaki Chicken, Carrots, Green Beans, & Rice✨⁣
Happy Wednesday everyone!! It’s been an exhausting week and it’s only halfway over, but I love student teaching so far! I have a super busy next few days, so I’m hoping I can spend Sunday relaxing. Meal prep is something that I might start doing in the next few weeks because I don’t have the energy to cook after school and it would be really nice to have meals I can quickly heat during my breaks. Something like this dinner would be a great lunch/dinner meal prep! It’s filling and flavorful! Details below👇🏻⁣

dEATs:⁣ *Can use one sheet pan if you have enough room*
-Teriyaki Chicken (Place chicken breast on sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray and cover in teriyaki sauce (mine was from @aldiusa) and baked at 400 degrees F until cooked through)⁣
-Carrots & Green Beans (Wash/Peel/Chop your veggies and place on sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray (I use avocado oil spray). Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then toss and bake at 400 degrees F until tender)⁣
-I served my chicken and veggies with jasmine rice⁣
