✨Southwest Shredded Chicken, Brussel Sprouts, and Potatoes✨⁣
Happy Monday everyone! I had a super busy and exhausting weekend that was spent studying for the big content test I took today. Luckily, I passed!! It’s such a relief and I’m glad that it’s now one less thing I have to worry about before student teaching next semester. Today I’m sharing a dinner that came together by using two of my favorite kitchen appliances: a crockpot and an air fryer. ⁣

dEATs:⁣
-Southwest Shredded Chicken (Chicken breast, black beans, onion, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning thrown in a slow cooker and cooked until chicken is ready to be shredded)⁣
-Brussel sprouts (Halved, tossed in avocado oil and garlic salt, air-fryed)⁣
-Baby potatoes (Halved/quartered, tossed in avocado oil, parsley, and garlic salt, air-fryed)⁣
