Last week was a hell of a week! I don’t wanna bore you with the details. I missed my breakfast jars so much, already to go. So I’m back being organised with to keep me

I hear you say it’s not a very nutritional breakfast!! Wrong!  Each jar contains protein, fibre, they’re sugar free and low fat. They even have vegetables in them! The perfect start to your day 😊


For the brownie layer👇
🔸️30g All bran.
🔸️1 wheetbix biscuit 18g
🔸️100 mls boiled water.
🔸️1 tsp cocoa powder.
🔸️A few drops of orange essence. 
🔸️1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup.

Mix the dried ingredients together. Pour over the the water and let it stand for a couple of minutes. Mix in the maple syrup to form a batter. Place into 3 silicone moulds (mine are ⅓ cup capacity) and microwave for 2 minutes time may vary. They’re ready when they slightly come away from the sides. Let them completely cool. Cut the muffins in half horizontally. They will be a bit dry, but don’t worry the other layers will soften them.

For the 🎃 layer👇
🔸️1 cup of pumpkin puree.  I make my own. Mixed with 🔸️¼ cup of @queenfinefoods sugar free maple syrup and 🔸️ 1 heaped tsp of pumpkin spice mix. I also make my own

For the cheesecake layer 👇
🔸️250g lite cottage cheese processed with 🔸️ juice and zest from one orange 🔸️ 2 -3 tsp of sugar free maple syrup to taste. 

Layer into 3 jars and seal. 

 💜 2 💙 3 💚 3 each. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
