HR Executive / HR Officer / Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Sr. Recruiter to join a team that helps Solvefy recruit the big players.
You’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process for an ever-growing number of opportunities throughout our business in this exciting, fast-paced role.

What you’re going to do is:

  • Create job descriptions, hiring plans, and interview teams in collaboration with HR managers.
  • Build excellent pipelines for your vacant positions by proactively sourcing diverse and underrepresented individuals.
  • Work with the hiring team to provide a seamless and efficient interview process, with a particular focus on the applicant experience.
  • Keep track of critical KPIs for your available positions and report on them.
  • Attend industry events to help Solvefy meet exceptional people.
  • Look for methods to enhance our recruiting process on a regular basis.

Who you are

  • With 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a fast-growing firm, confident and competent.
  • Fulfilling a range of positions across numerous job functions and personnel levels is something I’ve done before.
  • Knowledgeable about applicant tracking systems
  • You flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-volume setting because you are extremely proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills, which aid in the development of connections with both internal and external stakeholders and applicants
