🥯🥯🥯 Hopped onto the SkinnyTaste easy 5-ingredient bagel train and I got to say, they are actually really good! 🥯🥯🥯⁣
I made these with my sister and we decided to top with Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. I will say, we definitely had a lot of trouble with our dough being too sticky and I’m not sure why because we followed the recipe exactly and made sure to use non-fat Greek yogurt. We just added more flour, shaped, and hoped for the best 🤷🏽‍♀️ and they honestly turned out great in the end.⁣
dEATS:⁣
-1 cup all-purpose flour⁣
-2 tsp. baking powder⁣
-3/4 tsp. salt⁣
-1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt⁣
-1 egg, beaten⁣
-Toppings/seasonings of choice⁣
Whisk first flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add yogurt and mix until combined. Remove dough and place onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until tacky, but not sticky. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. We formed balls and punched a hole in the middle with our fingers and shaped the bagel that way. Place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper that has been sprayed with oil. Top with egg wash and seasoning. Bake at 375 degrees F on the top rack of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove and let cool on baking sheet for at least 15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!⁣
