Homemade Gyoza wrappers (2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp sea salt,1/2 cup boiled water)
50g Vegan shredded Hoisin duck (Linda McCartney’s)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small tomato, halved (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp parsley
Salt and Black pepper (to taste)
