Hello my lovelies🌞. A special treat for you this evening. It’s a Tuesday 🤭. I just made these for my work trip and absolutely love them. I’m sure you will too.
 
As always I’ve included two cooking methods for your convenience. I prefer mine baked in the air-fryer because it creates a caramelised, crispy crust 😋

What you need.
🔸️22g rolled oats.
🔸️2 tbsp 99% fat free Greek yoghurt. I used @cyclops_yoghurt
🔸️1 tsp substitute sugar. I used @naturally_sweet_australia *
🔸️1 medium egg.
🔸️2 golden kiwi fruits peeled and chopped into 8. Save a slice for the top.
🔸️Sprinkle of mixed seeds, optional. 
 
Instructions (air fryer).
Preheat the air fryer to 170°C. Combine all the ingredients together, then fold in the kiwi fruit. Pour the batter into a small tuna tin ( 180g tin is the perfect size for this and never sticks), or a ramekin. Top with a slice of kiwi and sprinkle with seeds.
 
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or it’s ready when a skewer comes out clean. Time may vary.
 
Instructions (microwave ). 
If you’re short on time try this method.  Rinse out a cup, mug or ramekin with water to prevent sticking. Follow the above steps with the mixture and microwave for 2 minutes (depending on your microwave).
