Hi everyone and happy Wednesday! I’m all about super quick and simple meals right now because I am usually lazy after going to classes and working on homework and the last thing I want to do is spend tons of time in the kitchen. Combining a protein, grain, and veggie is a great way to create a quick meal that is filling! Using a premade/microwavable bag of rice, like I did, makes the meal come together even faster.⁣

dEATs:⁣
-Ground turkey (seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder), zucchini and yellow bell pepper (seasoned with Trader Joe’s garlic salt), a can of diced tomatoes, and 2 packages of @seedsofchange Spanish Style Rice (it has rice, quinoa, red bell pepper, and corn)⁣
