Good morning friend’s 🌝 I’m still cherrying around 😆😆
Vic’s Cherry chutney 🍒 3 for the WHOLE RECIPE on all plans 💜💙💚

It’s soooo moorish and so easy to make. This will add an instance boost of colour and taste to any meal. It’s a delicious accompaniment to anything savoury!

What you need.
🔸️1 kg fresh pitted cherries.  I do this with a chopstick super easy 😉 or use defrosted frozen ones.
🔸️1 medium red or white onion roughly chopped.
🔸️1 tsp ground allspice. Or I used 1 tsp of my pumpkin spice mix. Click here for the recipe.
🔸️⅓ cup balsamic vinegar.
🔸️¼ cup of water.
🔸️1 tsp of salt.
🔸️1 tsp of ground black pepper. I used lemon pepper as always.
🔸️½ tsp garam masala.
🔸️¼ tsp chilli powder.

What to do.
Place everything in a pan bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Completely cool and store in sterilised glass jars.

Makes roughly 1½ cups.

You’re Welcome! ENJOY😊
