✨Egg Scramble and Bagel✨⁣
I actually ate eggs so often for breakfast in March/April that I got super sick of them and the thought of eating them would make me nauseous lol. Luckily, I can now make them for breakfast again after a little break. Most of the time I just like some plain old scrambled eggs, but I was feeling an egg scramble so I put one together. It was delicious! Also, had a bagel on the side (my fave) with a dairy-free cream cheese that I’m trying out. I’ve become super sensitive to dairy in the last few months (I think I’ve become lactose intolerant), so I’m working towards cutting it out completely and trying different alternatives. Let me know if you have any cream cheese and cheese recommendations because those have been hardest to give up.⁣
