Good morning and happy Friday!! It’s been a busy week, but I’m finally done with all my assignments that were due this week and I get to go home for Thanksgiving break today. I can’t wait to just get to relax for the entire week and enjoy some Thanksgiving food. Today I’m sharing a breakfast plate I had recently that was delicious! It helped me use up some produce that was going bad.
-3 eggs scrambled with @earthbalance soy-free vegan butter, half a red bell pepper chopped into pieces, and diced red onion
-Toasted multi-grain English muffin from @thomasbreakfast topped with @kitehillfoods dairy-free plain cream cheese
