✨BBQ Tempeh, Fried Rice, and Zucchini✨⁣
Happy Friday everyone! Christmas is one week away and I can’t believe how fast the month has gone by! I don’t feel festive enough yet, but hopefully that changes over the next week as I pack presents and do some holiday baking. 🎄🎁 Today, I’m sharing a super simple dinner from a few weeks back. It was my first time cooking and trying tempeh. I thought it was good, but I think I prefer tofu, which is crazy because I used to hate tofu! I would definitely eat tempeh again though. I paired the tempeh with my absolute favorite frozen item at Trader Joe’s (the Japanese Fried Rice) and some zucchini that I air-fryed. Details below 👇🏻⁣

dEATs:⁣
-Block of tempeh (I got mine at Trader Joe’s) that I cut into cubes, sautéed in avocado oil, and then covered/tossed in BBQ sauce⁣
-Trader Joe’s Japanese Fried Rice⁣
-Zucchini (cut into rounds, toss in avocado oil/salt/garlic powder/Italian seasoning, air-fry at 400 degrees F until cooked to your liking)⁣
