Attention chocolate lovers! This week’s sweet bake is ♡Vic’s Blackbean Blueberry Brownies♡ (BBB) Serves 8.

I’ve been making black bean brownies for years now and these are truly the best I’ve made. It was reccomend by a friend 💖 to add blueberries which was a fabulous addition. I’m delighted to share my new improved recipe with you all.
These fudgy chocolate brownies taste even better a day or after baking.
What you need.
🔸️1 cup 400g tin of black beans NOT drained.
🔸️¼ cup of cocoa powder.
🔸️2 tsp vanilla essence.
🔸️½ cup @harraway oats rolled, quick or whole will work.
🔸️16 medjool fresh dates, pitted.
🔸️1 tsp of instant coffee granules. you can’t taste it it’s just to balance the flavours 😉
🔸️1½ baking powder and ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda.
🔸️Pinch of salt.
🔸️1 cup of fresh blueberries or frozen defrosted and juice drained off.
What to do.
Process everything together ( only ½ cup of the blueberries) for about 4-5 minutes untilsmooth. Pour into baking pan. I used my silicone 9 x 9 inch pan. Add the blueberries and slightly press down. Bake for 30-40 minutes until it comes away from the sides.
Let it completely cool and slice.
