♡Vic’s Secret Feijoa Baked Oats♡ Easy peasy
Serves 2. 💜ZERO 💙3 💚 4 smart points.

The secret is out of the bag already!  You know by now it’s cauliflower 🤭. You cannot taste it. It’s a sneaky way of getting veg into your sweet breakfast 😉
You can use any fruit you have on hand instead of feijoas, such as plums, apples, pears, peaches, etc.

What you need.
🔸️½ cup of @harrawaysnz rolled oats
🔸️1 cup of riced cauliflower raw. You can buy it already riced like this, fresh or frozen, or use a grater or food processor to make your own.
🔸️150g 99% fat free Greek style yoghurt.  @cyclops_yoghurt
🔸️2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup*. Extra for serving.
🔸️I large over ripe banana mashed.
🔸️1 tbsp vanilla essence. 
🔸️1 medium egg.
🔸️4 fresh feijoas cut in half and the flesh scooped out.
 
Toppings (optional). Sugar free maple syrup*, rolled oats and some edible flowers.
 
What to do .
Preheat air-fryer to 170°. This can  also be baked in a conventional oven. Cooking time may vary. 
Mix all the ingredients (except the feijoas ) together until well combined. Divide the mixture into 2 oven proof dishes. I used my beautiful handmade ones from @wellington_murphy  🥰. Love them Holly! Place 2 feijoas on top of the mixture in each bowl and bake for 18-20 minutes.
