♡V i c ‘ s H a m B u t t y♡ (or should I say roll?)
An experiment that turned out perfectly, this doesn’t happen all the time believe me. It’s actually just like a ready made sandwich. Absolutely scrumptious 😋
I have included two cooking methods for your convenience. I prefer mine baked in the air-fryer because it creates a crispy crust 😋

What you need👇
🔸️22g rolled oats.
🔸️2 tbsp 99% fat free Greek yoghurt. I used @cyclops_yoghurt
🔸️1 tbsp warm water.
🔸️1 medium egg.
🔸️100g ham steak, I use Mad Butcher ones. or substitute for slice deli ham amend the smart points accordingly.
🔸️Seasoning to taste. I use ¼ tsp lemon pepper and garlic salt as always.
🔸️Sprinkle of mixed seeds optional.
Instructions (air fryer)👇
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Add the egg, water and yoghurt until thoroughly combined. Spray a small tuna tin (recycled 180g tin is the perfect size for this) or a ramekin.
Pour half the mixture in the bottom, cover with ham steak (you may need to trim it so it fits) then cover with the remaining mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or when a skewer comes out clean, it’s ready, time may vary.

If you’re short on time try this method.
Rinse out a cup, mug or ramekin (big enough for the ham to fit into) with water to prevent sticking. Follow the above steps with the mixture and microwave for 2 minutes (depending on your microwave).
