♡ Vic’s Secret Baked Oats ♡
Serves 2.
The secret ZERO ingredient is CAULIFLOWER 😲  TRUST ME, you can’t taste it. Go on give it a try!

I’ve made chocolate and salted caramel one’s before and forgot about them, until I saw @abigailrose_ww.fitfoodie post thanks for the reminder 😍

Comforting breakfast and full of goodness.

What you need .
🔸️½ cup of @harrawaysnz rolled oats
🔸️½ cup of riced cauliflower raw. You can buy it like this, or use a grater or food processor.
🔸️150g 99% fat free Greek style yoghurt.  
🔸️2 tbsp substitute sugar. I used @sukrinaus *
🔸️I medium over ripe banana mashed.
🔸️1 tbsp vanilla essence. 
🔸️1 tbsp psyllium husks. Optional for added fibre.
🔸️1 medium egg.

Toppings (optional). Add the extra smart points. I used a sprinkle of poppy seeds*, chia seeds*, pumpkin seeds, oats. Sugar free maple syrup*, @cyclops_yoghurt yoghurt and some of my edible flowers.

What to do .
Preheat air-fryer to 170°. This can also be made in a conventional oven. Cooking time may vary. 
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Divide the mixture into 2 oven proof dishes. I used my beautiful handmade ones from @wellingtonmurphy 🥰. Love them Holly. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
