♡ V I C’ S B R E A D F O R O N E ♡ with double cheese and spinach!
Made my usual way with a few sneaky extras! Save this recipe😊
What you need.
🔸️22g @harrawaysnz rolled oats
🔸️2 tbsp 99% fat free Greek yoghurt. I used @cyclops_yoghurt
🔸️1 tbsp warm water.
🔸️1 medium egg.
🔸️1 light laughing cow triangle.
🔸️¼ tsp onion powder.
🔸️A few baby spinach leaves roughly chopped ( I didn’t weigh them 🤭)
🔸️A sprinkle of low fat cheese. I used @mainlandnz noble my favourite.
🔸️Seasoning to taste.
What to do.
Instructions (air fryer/oven )
Preheat the air fryer/oven to 180°C. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Add the egg, water and yoghurt until thoroughly combined. Then fold in the spinach, pour in small tuna tin (recycled 180g tin is the perfect size for this, and never sticks) or a ramekin. Today I used my glass mugs as you can see. Push the cheese into the middle and lightly press down. Sprinkle with cheese, seeds and my everything seasoning ( optional ). Bake for 20-25 minutes or when a skewer comes out clean. Times may vary.
Instructions (microwave )
If you’re short on time try this method. Rinse out a cup, mug or ramekin with water to prevent sticking. Follow the above steps with the mixture and microwave for 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). It’s cooked when a skewer comes out clean.
